All of Beaches & Cream accessories are made with love, using the very best materials. All products are lead and nickel free. The metals will naturally tarnish over time, but this is not a fault in the product.

The best way to ensure your product stays in the best condition, would be to store the item in the bag provided on purchase. Please store in a dark, cool place. An air tight box will also help to reduce tarnishing, and the pouch will help against the item being scratched.

Please note any contact with perfumes, chemicals and cosmetics will cause discolouration of the metals, unless they are genuine gold or silver. Please also try to remove all items when in contact with water. Sunlights and humidity can also affect the jewellery. This is not a fault in the product, and can be avoided if you follow the care information provided.

REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, all Beaches & Cream products are non-refundable.

Strong quality control tests are carried out before all items are sent to our customers. We want to ensure that all our customers are happy at all times, and the quality of our accessories are absolutely perfect. However, if you believe your product is faulty, a refund may be considered - but this is entirely at Beaches & Cream discretion. 

If you have any issues with your jewellery or accessories, please contact us within 7 days of your item arriving. Buyers are responsible for return shopping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to hit your account before contacting us.
